Chris brings a journalist's instincts and an engineer's discipline to his work at Havarti. Over a 20-year career leading engineering organizations, he developed a reputation for cutting through delivery dysfunction and helping teams ship software with speed, confidence, and consistency.

Chris's background in journalism gives him a unique edge: he asks the questions others skip, extracts the real story from inside engineering teams, and translates it into something business leaders can actually act on. His guiding belief is that process improvements only matter if they change what ships.

Chris is based in Indianapolis, where he serves as president of Indy Hackers, the state's tech community organization. He is also 43 games into a lifelong quest to attend a home football game at every FBS college in the country - all 138 of them.
